Techincally its Day Two, but Day One is a rest day.
Thank God it was because it was also a holiday. A relax and work on my tan by the pool day.
I've been running fairly regularly lately, but never had a goal in mind.
I was just simply hitting the trail to get outside, clear my mind,
enjoy the nice weather and burn some calories.
Today things are changing.
I found a pretty easy, straight forward 5k training program.
Its not much, but its a start.
Hopefully I'll eventually work my way up to a half marathon!
Have any of you trained before? Are you die hard runners?
