So Long Springtime

It's been nearly a month since I have had a moment to sit and update this lonely little blog. The past twenty two days have been a blur. I cannot even believe that tomorrow is June first. Just two days ago one of my best friends in the whole world was married. Yes, it is true, we have reached the age where are friends are going to start marrying off and starting families of their own.  I am so thrilled to have been a part of Cait and Jeff's wedding and even more excited to see where life takes them. Congrats Mr. & Mrs. Bryant!!....oops. I mean Jensen!

Since my last post I have accomplished/completed the following...
-Designed, cut, and sewed 50 fabric flowers for Caits bachelorette weekend.
-Had verrry busy weeks at work.
-Moved out of my apartment.
-Sewed Caits birdcage veil.
-Celebrated for Caits bachelorette wtih good friends in OCNJ.

They say a pictures worth a thousand words. [I believe this 100%....thats probably why I've been researching and willing to spend massive amounts of money on a new camera.] Because of this here are the last few weeks of my life in the form of pictures.

April Showers Bring May Weddings

May is finally here and so begins the month of wedding celebrations.
Program designing and assembling, birdcage veils, Phillies game bachelorette parties, Beach weekend bachelorette parties, favor making, tshirt making, dress fittings, rehearsal dinners....and the list goes on.

First up, Ashley & Shawn Boyd 5.8.10
Ashley and her dad.

After being friends for five years I was lucky enough to help Ashley through her wedding planning, becoming closer and closer as the weeks went on. Dress fittings, program designing, bustling, hairstyle hunting, song choices, etc. They had a beautiful day at French Creek Country Club despite 40 mph gusts of wind, with which Ashley's veil did not agree.
I wish Ashley and Shawn the best of luck as they start their married life together.

Shawn, like we told you yesterday...she might be your wife now, but she will always be our girlfriend. Love you both!

Over the next few weeks I will be focusing on my prettygirl Cait Kruse's wedding.

Since 9th grade Cait and I have been through it all. The good and the bad and here we are planning her wedding to her best friend.  I am so completely honored to be stand beside Cait on her wedding day. And I look forward to the weeks ahead where we will celebrate, laugh, cry, freak out, bake, have sleepovers and spend her last two weeks as a single woman nearly inseparable.  I love you Prettygirl!
